Keith Products’ commitment to total quality is reflected in our AS9100: 2001 Quality System and procedures that address every element of our business. Keith was Certified and Registered by AIB VINCOTTE USA, Certification Number A04-118. This Quality System is registered and approved by IQNET and ANSI-RAB QMS and is accepted worldwide. The FAA has approved this Quality System and granted Keith ODAR authority, DAR, Parts Manufacturing Authority and Repair Station License.

Our inspection system is fully electronic and paperless. Bar codes on shop orders and purchase orders allow our inspectors to access electronic inspection records and drawings. This ensures that parts are inspected to the latest revisions. Certificates of conformity for incoming materials and completed shop orders are scanned, providing a complete electronic history for every part. This modern system allows our inspectors to spend more time carefully inspecting parts and less time filling out paperwork. Further, complete inspection records are easily retrieved and can be stored indefinitely.

Keith Products also has a state of the art parts marking system. Using a bar code reader, the inspector scans the part number from the purchase order or shop order into the ink jet part marking system. Then, two-part ink is sprayed onto the part creating a permanent, clearly readable part number on each part. Part numbering errors are virtually eliminated.

Finally, our electronic quality tracking system records all defects and reports them to management on a weekly basis so that corrective action can be taken immediately.
